Rose De Russie

Starts with a signature TF strong opening. The blend of rose, not sweet or powdery and leather and some pepper is beautiful. Appropriate for men or women. Loved the initial opening and middle, thinking “This is definitely full bottle worth!” Unfortunately about 45 min into the drydown, it became screechy, bug spray on my wrist. This is a note I usually pick up in most fragrances in the initial blast, lasting through the dry down and impossible to scrub off. This was not the monster strength I usually detect, but still the same scent.
So disappointing! I really wanted to love this. It’s like that gorgeous person across the room, you lock eyes and move toward each other, instantly drawn to, until they speak and you can’t get away from fast enough. Heartbreaking!

Beautiful scent of leather and rose

You got yourself a new customer

Not a favorite scent of mine. In the beginning it starts off with a strong feminine rose scent but as it wears down, it ends up very masculine. It's not a scent that is in the middle, so I don't see who it would appeal to.
