Order Fulfillment 

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on shipping your order as fast as possible, usually within two (2) business days after it is placed, although in some cases we may need up to five (5) business days to fulfill your order. Holidays and sales may result in longer shipping times, despite our best effort to minimize that. 

Occasionally some products will run out of stock due to large orders that come in before inventory is updated. This may result in a delay in shipping just that item or your entire order. We will notify you if this happens. 


Returns, Exchanges, Replacements, Refunds

We absolutely guarantee that the sample or decant of perfume you purchase from Scent Split is genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer’s bottle and decanted by hand. We, unfortunately, cannot guarantee that you will like it; you may even hate it.

We have a strict policy for returns and refunds: we only accept returns of 'unopened' items. This means we cannot accept returns if the outer packaging or box has been opened, no matter the circumstances. Remember that perfume is highly personal and subjective. Therefore, we cannot provide returns or refunds for products that have been opened and used simply because you're not satisfied with the fragrance.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at within five days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return in your email.

If your order arrives damaged (for instance, if the bottle is broken or has leaked), take a photo of the damaged item and email it to us at Include your order number and details of the damaged bottles in your email. We need to receive this information and the photo within five days of your order delivery.

All returns must be initiated within five days of receiving your order. Once we receive and verify the condition of your returned item, we will begin the refund process. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable, and the time it takes for the refund to show up in your account depends on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that due to international regulations, we are unable to accept returns on international orders.
