Lesquendieu

Lesquendieu is a French haute parfumerie established in 1903 by Joseph Lesquendieu, a graduate of the Amiens School of Pharmacy. The brand was founded at 5 bis rue de la Tacherie in Paris and quickly gained recognition for its uncompromising approach to quality and craftsmanship. Joseph Lesquendieu served on the board of the Paris Perfumery Trade Association and was named a Knight of the Legion of Honour in 1926. Lesquendieu fragrances were known for their originality and use of premium raw materials, gaining international attention, including a New York branch established in 1904. The brand remained active until the late 1970s and was revived in 2015 by Jérôme Lesquendieu, the founder’s grandson. The house continues to operate as a family-owned business, maintaining its commitment to traditional perfumery methods and high-quality ingredients. Each creation is crafted without budget constraints and is presented in bottles made by master glassmakers.
