Clue Perfumery

Clue is an independent perfumery established in 2023 by childhood friends Laura Oberwetter, a perfumer, and Caleb Vanden Boom, a designer. Based in Chicago, the brand’s fragrances are developed around unexpected references, with surreal concepts combined with familiar elements of perfumery. All formulation and design work is carried out in-house at Clue’s Chicago studio and laboratory, with the involvement of a close group of friends and collaborators.
