Pineapple serves as a novel source of sweetness and segues well into the sweet floral heart. As is customary for fruity florals, Le Rivage des Syrtes makes use of a white floral bouquet in the heart: candied orange blossom and sweet tuberose are paired with the tropical tang of ylang-ylang.
