    Sujeonggwa, a traditional Korean beverage, is made by simmering cinnamon and ginger in water, sweetened with honey, and served chilled with dried persimmons or pine nuts.

    The warm spice of cinnamon and ginger is layered with fig and orange, creating a gentle sweetness and fruity nuance. Deep wood and incense notes add warmth, ambience, and lingering depth.
