Penhaligon’s Brilliantly British is announced as a "dapper scent indeed", combining the notes of lavender and toffee caramel. "As if swaying lavender had been plucked from a sleepy English garden, and frozen on the spot. Thoroughly traditional. Uncommonly refreshing."
