Hinoki

This really exceeded my expectations, especially from Jo malone. Such a calming tranquil, Zen inducing fragrance that is beyond addictive. This smells like every upscale spa you’ve ever been to.

I ordered two perfumes to try, however, they are FAR too strong for my preference and I do not care for them at all.

I like this scent because that's all it really smells like...Fresh wood. It's not overpowering, its really pleasant

really nice scent but a little too mature of a smell for me so i layered it with my santal cologne

there was a bit more to this than cedar which was nice and smooth. it definitely didn't last very long however.

I love it as I can smell the Hinoki but as the description says, there is a spice that is masculine. They are right. So I gave it to my male friend. It's more appealing on him when he wears it!

Light, woody, a hint of floral/green, incense, light cedar. Sunlight on the forest floor through cedar trees and ferns, moist earth. One can never go wrong with CDG.

I bought the 5mL sample and am very happy with it. The tiny spray bottle isn't fancy but it looks nice enough to leave out on the counter, and the spray mechanism is well made and pleasant to use. Perfume is a little daily luxury for me so it's important that the packaging doesn't cheapen the experience. The perfume itself is lovely. I'm not great at describing scents but if you like the smell of cedar you'll probably like this.

First, I really enjoy this fragrance. If you like CdG and/or woody scents - you should definitely try. I feel like I’m in a forest on a foggy morning with the sun starting to break through. Second, Scent Split has been awesome. I’ve place three orders recently and the service has been excellent every time.
