Wears lighter than the notes would imply. A perfect modern interpretation of a classic structure!

As you first inhale, you immediately recognize that classic 70s chypre scent. But this quickly takes a more modern turn. As you continue to inhale, you get a stunning and unique honey note. And overall, this composition wears so much younger, lighter, sexier than old school chypres. Additionally, this was much more craveable and signature-worthy on my skin than on a scent strip. It’s so gorgeously nuanced! Medium projection. Fantastic wear. Got 8 hours at the office. Though if I were going directly to a night-time engagement from work, I’d want to reapply for seductive and confident nighttime vibe. This says that it’s for women, but I think really it’s just a unisex chypre.

Sit with it. Let it dry down. Wear test it for a full day. There is something about this that reminds me of the day after. You went out the night before to a crowded bar and danced. Sweat. Cigarette smoke wafting in the bar from the designated smoking area, alcohol. Lots of people dressed up strong floral. perfume, the man selling flowers on the street for lovers… this is the morning after. You washed off but you still have this beautiful lingering smell that every time you catch a fleeting sniff of it, maybe it’s in your hair?? Or maybe you wore a jacket.. you smile because it reminds you o what a good time you had, last night.
