Délice is an oriental vanilla with a fluffy, girlish side that will appeal to everyone who still loves the sweet, fruity treats of childhood such as candy floss or candied apples. It opens with a brilliant mandarin note before unfolding into an accord that smells like rich, moist figs, raisins, and plums, all piled high and glistening with sugar syrup.
