Mutis Nueva Granada
Mutis is an artistic perfumery brand conceived to explore and interpret the botanical heritage of Colombia, historically known as Nueva Granada during the Spanish Conquest. The project is centered on translating regional flora, landscapes, and cultural references into olfactory compositions through contemporary perfumery.
The Mutis Nueva Granada fragrance collection currently consists of 15 perfumes developed between 2021 and 2025. Each creation is structured around a distinct narrative inspired by Colombia’s biodiversity and natural richness. The perfumes have been composed in collaboration with perfumers Dominique Moellhausen, Chris Maurice, Luca Maffei, and Manuel Attardi, whose individual approaches contribute to the diversity of the collection.
Through its body of work, Mutis positions botanical exploration, historical context, and artistic expression as the foundation of its fragrance development.
