Return Policy:

Fragrance is highly personal and subjective. While we guarantee authenticity, we cannot guarantee that you will enjoy the scent. For this reason, returns are limited strictly to unopened and unused items only.

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, any item that has been opened, sprayed, or tampered with is not eligible for return or refund.

Due to shipping and regulatory restrictions for fragrance products, all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Samples & Decants:

At Scent Split, we guarantee that every sample or decant contains genuine, authentic perfume taken directly from the manufacturer’s bottle and decanted by hand.

Samples and decants are non-returnable once the outer packaging has been opened.

Returns are accepted only if the outer box or envelope remains completely unopened and sealed exactly as originally received.

Once the packaging has been opened, the item is considered used and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Full Bottles

Returns for full bottles are accepted only if the item is completely unused and unopened.

    • If the bottle originally came with cellophane wrapping, the wrapping must remain fully intact.
    • If the bottle did not come with cellophane, the box must remain unopened and the bottle must not be sprayed.

We cannot accept returns if:

    • The packaging has been opened
    • The bottle has been sprayed
    • Cellophane has been removed or damaged
    • A security seal has been broken
    • The product shows any signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery

Scent Split reserves the sole right to determine the condition of returned merchandise.

Return Requests

To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date by emailing support@scentsplit.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

If the return is approved, we will issue a return shipping label.

Items sent back without prior authorization or without using our provided return label may be refused.

Returned items must be shipped within 7 calendar days after the return label is issued. Returns shipped after this timeframe may be declined.

 

Inspection of Returns

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, the return may be rejected. In such cases, the item can be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged (for example, if a bottle is broken or leaking), you must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Please email support@scentsplit.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method if the return is approved.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Scent Split is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors
