Miles Wambaugh
Miles Wambaugh’s perfume house was established as an artistic project intertwining scent and visual art. Each fragrance corresponds to one of Wambaugh’s paintings, conceived as an olfactory extension of color, form, and movement. The compositions were created by perfumers Dominique Ropion and Jean-Louis Sieuzac of IFF, using a high proportion of natural materials supplied by Laboratoire Monique Rémy. The collection includes five extraits de parfum—Coup d’État, Sure Shot, Mood for Oud, Son of a Gun, and Hot Shot—each evoking a distinct visual and emotional landscape.
The bottle was designed by Pierre Dinand, a leading figure in perfume-bottle design, whose sculptural form reflects the strength and sensuality of the compositions. Original paintings by Wambaugh are displayed inside each box as panoramic artworks, reinforcing the dialogue between the seen and the smelled. The brand thus exists at the intersection of perfumery, painting, and design, where each creation becomes a sensory interpretation of art.
