PLEASE NOTE: Every address based in the United Arab Emirates should be PO BOX for USPS shipping. 


Order Fulfillment 

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on shipping your order as fast as possible, usually within two (2) business days after it is placed, although in some cases we may need up to five (5) business days to fulfill your order. Holidays and sales may result in longer shipping times, despite our best effort to minimize that. 

Occasionally some products will run out of stock due to large orders that come in before inventory is updated. This may result in a delay in shipping just that item or your entire order. We will notify you if this happens. 


Returns, Exchanges, Replacements, Refunds

We absolutely guarantee that the sample or decant of perfume you purchase from Scent Splits is the genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer’s bottle and decanted by hand. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like it, you may even hate it. Therefore, once you have opened the product and used it, it cannot be returned for a refund.

We carefully wrap all packages so your purchase will arrive safely. Sometimes the Post Office seems to let gorillas in to jump up and down on the package. If you get our package and the bottle has broken or leaked, please snap a photo and e-mail the photo and order number to us with a note stating which bottles were damaged. Upon receipt of the photo(s), we will send a replacement package for the damaged items. 

We ask that you please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us within five days if there is a problem.
