Source Adage
Source Adage was established in 2015 in Hudson, New York, by Christopher Draghi and Robert Dobay. The brand is recognized for developing its own fragrance concepts and accords internally before collaborating with external fragrance houses for testing and refinement. This process provides access to a wide range of raw materials, including sustainable and upcycled ingredients.
Fragrance creation is approached through the construction of multiple accords, each representing a distinct facet such as texture, movement, and resonance. These accords are combined to form compositions intended to develop gradually when worn.
In 2023, operations were relocated to Riparbella, Tuscany, where production and bottling are conducted in cooperation with local artisans. The move allowed for continued development and distribution of the brand’s fragrance collections within the European market.
