Exceed

Exceed is an independent, family-owned fragrance house founded in 2021 by brothers Josh and Aaron. The brand’s creative process is structured around emotion rather than trends, external expectations, or market forecasts.

Each fragrance begins with the evaluation of hundreds of individual materials until one is selected for its emotional character. From this material, multiple accords are developed in collaboration with perfumer Simone, with each interpretation exploring a different expression of the original concept. A project is continued only when the intended emotional direction is achieved; otherwise, it is discontinued.

Remaining independently operated allows Exceed's fragrances to be developed according to this process, with creative decisions guided by materials, artistic collaboration, and the emotional response intended for each composition.
