Cappadocia is the work not of human hands, but of nature’s own sculpting. For millions of years, this land bowed to a single force alone: the Wind. Anemos — meaning “Wind” in Greek — takes its name from the Anemoi, the Wind Gods of antiquity. They were the invisible architects who blew from every corner of the sky, carving the rocks and carrying the seeds. And the wind’s most faithful companions are the Yılkı Horses, which have roamed these lands (Katpatuka — the Land of Beautiful Horses) freely since ancient times.
