Dulce Fundamentum

I was so excited to try this based on the notes. Sadly it did not develop on me. In the opening I definitely got chocolate and hazelnuts but that was it. I did not get any of the middle notes. It dried down into a light tonka bean scent and the disappeared after 30 minutes. It sounds divine but did not perform well, at least for me.

I do enjoy this perfume, but only on my clothes. It's a dark and boozy chocolate scent that reminds me of chocolate whine or boozy chocolate chip cookies. There's a note in there somewhere I just do not like (99% sure it's the vanilla) but I can't stop myself from coming back for more sniffs. It is delicious!

On my skin this perfume is an entirely different story, it loses it's chocolate identity and turns weird... I keep switching between hating it and liking it. It's the vanilla. My skin chemistry ruins most vanilla perfumes (even if vanilla is not a main note) and makes it smell funky with a capital F. The only thing saving me from hating it entirely on my skin is the other notes that peak through (caramel and tonka). The more it settles into my skin the more it's ok but it started out foul.

I cannot say I'd purchase a full size, but I do like this oddly tasty scent. Definitely would snag a travel spray or something small. I think if the vanilla was removed I'd be head over heels!

This is a beautiful chocolate creamy fragrance. I definitely get the Bianco latte vibe from it but with added chocolate. I don’t have BL because I never cared to have a full bottle & if you have BL and are happy with it I suggest you get a sample first it may be redundant to have them both in a collection but I can tell you this is GOOD! it feels like a better quality fragrance than BL, down to the atomizer. Very happy with my purchase

A second cousin twice removed to Bianco Latte. Dulce is well blended with no artificial smell. My son says I smell like cookies. Backup bottle worthy.

Dulce Fundamentum

I've been searching for a new perfume and have tried over 25 scents the last few months but none of them smell as good on me as this one. For my PH balance this scent smells better on me than Love Don't Be Shy or Navitus Mahni Cassonade. I keep wanting to raise my arm to smell it because it's so yummy.

It's light, airy, decandant but not overly sweet and has many layers to it. The scent lingers at least 4 to 6 hours or more on me. I initially purchased a sample and now I'm ordering the full size bottle! If you like a sweet gourmand scent you will love this one!

If you like Bianco Latte DNA but want to add chocolate... then get this!!! Omg this smells amazing and the compliments haven't stopped. The cold weather really makes this fragance shine.

It doesn't have coconut but it smells like a rich coconut and chocolate to me, almost like a Mounds candy bar. I really like it.
