    Rescued from obscurity by students who tracked down the reclusive author at a remote cabin in the Austrian Alps, this collection of alpine fairy tales marks the return of enigmatic writer, Chunhua Luli. The main characters in these stories are wild animals but the tender lessons they impart cut straight to the heart of the human condition. In the titular story, a young fox becomes obsessed with a butterfly, only to learn the hazards of infatuation. Other themes explored include the advantages of unflagging ambition, the importance and impact of beautiful objects, the pursuit of serenity, and the power of positive thinking. Forty years after her remarkable debut, Luli once again reminds us we are all animals, connected by an expansive and ever-changing ecosystem much larger than ourselves.     I wanted to love this, and I do think it is a lovely scent, but it pulls a bit grandma. I find that overly powdery florals can also smell a bit like urine when it dries down on my skin. It has great wear time, strong but not overpowering, and doesn't have to be a one season perfume. You could get away with wearing it in the winter. Definitely a daytime scent. Not for me, sadly!

    This is a very nice fragrance for summer. If you are a jasmine and tulip fan this one is for you. It makes me very happy when I wear it.

    Wonderful!

    I like this one a lot! The tulip note comes through really well, the frankincense isn't too strong, overall it's just a really nice, fresh floral smell. I'll definitely be buying it again!
