Music for a While

Beautiful blast of sweet fruit in the beginning, drying down to a heavy patchouli.

For me, this is not a harmonious combo. The lavender is sharp and so is the patchouli. It’s not a pretty lavender, in my opinion. The other notes just don’t stand up to these two, though I do get an undistinguished, generic sweetness in the background. It’s a dissonant blend to my nose, but I’ll be giving it to a scent-loving friend to try.

I went to NYC for a lavender perfume. The sales person recommended this scent and I loved it. It has notes of lavender, patchouli, amber, vanilla, pineapple and mandarin. The fragrance is gentle but lasting. Like a cozy blanket on a winter day. I never tire of it.

Very good pineapple note. Caramel sweetness and flowery notes combine well surprisingly.

Love the quality and fresh uniqueness of this fragrance and no doubt it could be signature scent worthy ; however, at this time I’m not willing to commit to the expense of a full bottle because I have some that are better values on my radar.

Very unique and sweet but with lots of lavander I really enjoy it but might be too much for some.
