Sacred Wood

To start, great service by Scent Splits! Happy Holidays to all! This is a review based off of a tester strip and not a wearing. A very subtle masculine sandalwood scent. Hints of powdery and incense but mainly soft woods. To me the dry down is the highlight of the scent. Although it seems to become a more skin scent after the dry down, most of the notes become more prominent and enjoyable. This is Kilian’s version of Comme De Garçon Wonderwood or vice versa. If woods, incense, and powder are notes you’re interested in, give it a try. Definitely a sample before you buy fragrance! I rate it a 7/10, but smell is subjective, so give it a try! Good scent.

Great perfume

I liked this scent so much that decided to order the full bottle for my husband. Definitely worth trying if you are into woody luxury perfume notes

The overall scent is so simple, pure and deep, without too much note transition. It is really creamy, almost toffee-like, especially on cloth or objects. Smells better on skin in my opinion. The duration is very very long.

There is nothing sacred about this fragrance, no wow factor IMO. Surely I won't pay no more than 50 dollars for a full bottle, that's how I feel about this fragrance. I must admit I had high expectations...

Need more TIME

I liked this scent fine but it reminded me too much of Irish Spring to cost this much. Sharp and soapy at first, spice comes out after it dries. More masculine than I expected. Faded pretty quickly. Not bad at all but no "wow." Maybe if I had the original Mysore sandalwood scent to reference I would appreciate it more.
