Perfumer Randa Hammami heightens the seductively gourmand qualities of vanilla by blending in a hint of almond and chocolate, then brightening the fragrance with litchi. Balancing this mouthwatering composition is Orchidée Vanille's refined heart of Bulgarian rose and violet. The resulting fragrance has all the elegance you'd expect of Van Cleef & Arpels presented with warmth and openness.     Beautiful scent vanilla lovers

    People who love vanilla will love this one very complex and yet light

    Watered down root beer?

    I’m new to loving perfume and have been sampling like a fiend. Tend to love warm vanilla scents and was excited about Orchidee Vanille. Sadly it smells like flat watery root beer mixed with a hint of vanilla extract. Exploring how to layer it with something so my 5ml sample doesn’t go to waste but it’s just not a great perfume. Scent split however is excellent!

    Smells Extraordinary!

    Orchidee Vanille is by far one of the best floral vanillas that I have smelled so far. It does not last long on my skin though.

    Received a Defective Sprayer, got a Replacement

    Definitely worth trying this fragrance. It's pricey so I keep getting 5mL decants from different places. My first order with ScentSplit I received a defective sprayer but customer service was responsive and quick to send a replacement. Really good service and good price. The bottles are really cute, real glass, and the labels are nicely designed, so it still feels special. The fragrance itself is warm and soft, I wear to bed and it helps my anxiety, my husband always says YOU SMELL GOOD when he comes to bed, makes me feel like a fancy queen.

    In LOVE

    Finding a fragrance that has similar scent profiles WITHOUT tobacco or oud nowadays has been hard. Those always make me smell like a pipe shop no matter how sweet. This is on my buy list as soon as the weather cools down. The longevity and projection is amazing, I thought it was gone, stepped out into 85 degree weather and it bloomed all over again. This has a chewy gourmand feel without being childish or cheap. The florals are just subtle enough to give it some softness. I’ve never smelled anything like this. TF orchid range can’t hold a candle and smells nothing like this. It has a warm, cozy feel without the cashmere/musk. As a side note, scent splits shipping and email communications were great!

    Just okay

    Smells like orange root beer float and I don’t want to smell like I spilled soda all over myself. This would be better as a candle.
