Tam Dao EDT

I was looking for a sandalwood scent. This is not it.

To be clear, this is my favorite fragrance and the singular one I have never gotten tired of. This is likely due to the fact that the sillage and longevity are miserable and you'll need 2-3x as many sprays of this as your usual preference to get the same result. It's not an overly expensive perfume but the price isn't justified unless you really love this one. Otherwise, try the EdP that has a slightly different profile.

As for the notes, this is very comforting and familiar. It's not a 1:1 duplicate for the smell of a cedar box, but that's the image I see. Like a cedar box, but imagined as a perfume. It's not overly floral or sweet, though it is a little bit of both.

Truly, if the longevity were better then I would give this 5*... It's like catnip to me.

Tam Dao EDT

This is one of my favorite scents but it only last about an hour on me. Maybe I’ll try the EDP version, but this is too expensive to not last.

Tam Dao is a great everyday scent. It is a neutral scent-not too sweet and not too masculine. Scent Split is the only perfume decant company I use and suggest to family and friends.

I decided to try this scent upon the review of J- rocker. I am not in love with it but I don't dislike it either. Maybe I need time to grow to love it?

I like this scent a lot! Very clean, light, and unisex! Fresh scent with some spice to it. Will be getting a bigger sample.
