    Mojave Ghost by Byredo is an Amber Floral fragrance for women and men.

    Mojave Ghost is an olfactory experience that takes us to the mysterious Mojave Desert and the untouched wilderness in that xeric land. The only beholders are the wild plants that resist the harshness of life and scarcely blossom. The top notes with Jamaican sapodilla and musk mallow immediately grab our attention and linger until violet and magnolia unfurl over a bed of sandalwood and ambergris. Absolute fascination.

    This scent is very hard to describe, but it’s beautiful!! I grew up in AZ, the desert, and it reminds me of the way the air would smell after a thunderstorm, clean, fresh, ozone like but then it’s surrounded with this softness from the violets in the scent.

    Wasn’t bad but wasn’t good. The sweeter smelling top and middle notes disappeared quickly and left me smelling cedar all day. Not for me.

    Opened soapy and unobtrusive but turned musty within an hour. I’m going to test it a few more times to be sure since I was sampling a couple other fragrances at the same time.
