    Turquoise by Ybry Paris is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance for Women & Men. 

    Nathalie Lorson went for something approachable here, which for a collection inspired by precious stones is a smart move. Not every fragrance needs to be a statement piece. The opening is lifted and clean: pink pepper for a little bite, freesia and peony for freshness. Nothing complicated, nothing aggressive. The heart is where the personality comes in. Brazilian gardenia and tuberose together give it a creamy, almost tropical richness, but the captive musk keeps it from going heavy. The base is warm resins, labdanum, benzoin, with ambrox smoothing out the edges. It sits close. It's the sort of thing you'd wear every day and still get the occasional compliment, which honestly might be the hardest brief to nail in perfumery.
