Roble
Roble is an independent fragrance house founded in 2025 and based in Royal Oak, Michigan. The brand is rooted in Chilean influences, particularly the Nothofagus obliqua forests of Patagonia and the modern aesthetic of Santiago’s Barrio Italia.
Fragrances are developed around natural notes, geographic inspiration, and a focus on simplicity. Twice a year, four Essential Formulas are introduced, with each collection centered on a world city and botanical elements associated with that location.
The name Roble refers to Nothofagus obliqua, a native Chilean tree known by the Mapuche names koyam, hualle, and pellín. The Spanish name “roble,” meaning oak, was given to the tree by early Spanish settlers because of its resemblance to European oak trees.
