Sikelia

Sikelia is an Italian fragrance house founded in 2021 by Sicilian designer Salvo Scarpaci. Inspired by the history, mythology, art, and cultural heritage of Sicily, the brand explores the island’s identity through perfume. Its name, derived from the ancient Greek word for Sicily, reflects this connection. Each fragrance is developed to represent stories, memories, and traditions associated with the region. The creative process is carried out with an emphasis on carefully selected raw materials and artisanal craftsmanship. Ceramic caps are hand-shaped and hand-painted in Caltagirone, while handcrafted tassels and packaging draw inspiration from traditional Sicilian majolica. Guided by the values of creativity, passion, and cultural roots, Sikelia combines fragrance with artistic and Mediterranean influences in every creation.
