Gothic II

(i start off saying that they’ve changed their bottles for the 1ml and found that some of my samples have a really hard time spraying) This perfume is so nice! On me, the incense and clove notes start off strong, definitely witchy, churchy vibes. I wore this to an event at my job and all my coworkers loved it. As the night went on, the smell transformed like honestly right in front of my nose! I’ve never had the experience of actually noticing a fragrances notes changing through out the night, by the end of the event, I remember thinking “someone smells like a sweet cookie!” (me lol) so I was surprised by this perfume’s lasting power as well, as I was at work for 4+ hrs and I still smelt it at the end of the event. I will say that it’s a quite strong perfume, with all its notes (on me!) It was on the edge of teetering towards cloyingly sweet at times. But overall, a very lovely perfume and I think it’ll become a staple for me!

Not sure if what i received was old, did not smell like another sample from another company. Looked very concentrated like old; the other sample was fresh.

Don't let the top notes deceive you, as this settles in to dry down in to a hypnotic earthy aroma. Nice, but a tad sweeter than I might normally wear.

This is it! This is my new SIGNATURE scent! This is a dead ringer for the witchcraft shop I used to frequent as a teen. It’s tendrils of smoke from sandalwood and dragon’s blood incense wafting through the air, bundles of smudging herbs and handmade candles lining the walls. It’s witchcraft in a bottle. 100/10 😍
