If Indiana Jones had a signature scent it would be Santal Nabatea...

If Indiana Jones wore a fragrance it would be Santal Nabataea. I wouldn’t make it my signature or my daily, but if I was a gent, I absolutely would have it in heavy rotation especially during the warmer months. I definitely adore wearing it on a dry hot day, or as a power scent when I'm giving that Katherine Hepburn vibe. It strikes me strongly of that dry wood smell inside a sauna, in the most pleasing sense. I requested Scent Split to pick this fragrance up , then shortly after my husband gifted my with a full bottle. For those who love to layer fragrances, Santal Nabataea layers so beautifully with Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino or for vintage fragrance lovers the classic Muehlen's 4711. I like to think it gives it a little Indy meets Marion vibe, if you catch my drift. Once I struck on this combination I gravitated to this mix all summer long and it was a compliment getter. For sandal wood lovers looking for something unique or any archeologist at heart, I highly recommend playing it adventurous and picking up a decant of Mona Di Orio's Santal Nabataea . While you're at it you can't go wrong adding Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino to compliment your selection.

Definitely peppery!

I’m not a fan of this scent - it leads with black pepper but the back notes make it a little nauseating. I’m not sure why, can’t put my finger on it, but it has a little bit of a medicinal smell.
