Lorenzo Pazzaglia

Lorenzo grew up surrounded by the smells of his father’s kitchen. He learned to recognize them and took delight in cooking. He became a chef. He loved and craved, dreamt and fantasized about all the scents of this land. So he made up his mind to study them, to shape and create, releasing them around the world so that beauty can stem from virtue rather than wealth.
