Our Valentino Uomo samples and decants are rebottled by Scent Split from genuine fragrance bottles. Scent Split is a wholly independent entity not affiliated, connected, or associated with Valentino.
Original bottle not included with sample/decant purchase. Scent Split rebottles the genuine fragrance into smaller bottles.
A fragrance that would be a classic of the future, aiming at men who strive for classics and like casual style. They select top quality for themselves – as announced by the brand. Valentino Uomo is closely connected with fashion collection Valentino, so Rome was an excellent choice for the advertising campaign for the new perfume.
Perfumer Olivier Polge has signed the new creation for Valentino and created it with a traditional pyramidal concept (top, heart, base), where woody notes in the base are particularly highlighted in this edition. The composition opens with bergamot and myrtle, succeeded in the heart by roasted coffee combined with gianduja cream, on a rich base created of cedar and precious leather.
Valentino Uomo arrives on the market at the beginning of 2014. Advertising face of Valentino Uomo is French actor Louis Garrelm, video advertisement is directed by Johan Renck, while photos were taken by David Sims.
If you can find the OG version then you’ll love this forever. Definitely a Top 10 all time designer release.
smells like sharp pencil shavings with a hint of cedar
The smell has a warm smell to it. Its not overpowering and its not too gentle as well. Smell lasted for quite a bit as well.
I love it
I love the scent of it. That’s more because it reminds me of an Avon perfume that I can’t quite put the name on. So it’s mostly nostalgia for me. I definitely feel the whole “Uomo” but for 2hrs longevity it’s not enough but enough that makes me want to drown in it
