Warm, inviting, but not so warm that it feels out of place in hot weather. An amazing vanilla scent!
Both of these are a bit too dry and one dimensional for me, but they’re good if you’re looking for that. I prefer the EDT for some reason.
Love this spicy green vanilla. It’s more spicy than it is green but I really enjoy this rendition of vanilla.
Back in the day...like 15 yrs ago...I wore a fragrance, Parfum Sacre by Caron. After first applying Eau Duelle EDP, it smells (IMO) just like Sacre, and if you compare the notes, they are very similar. It starts off with the spiciness of the cardamon and pepper and moves into rose and more spice. The base notes are vanilla and frankincense. It's not a linear vanilla like Le Labo, but IMO, it's also similar to Guerlain's Spiritueuse Double Vanille (my favorite...sigh), but just not as creamy, warm, and boozy. So if you like a spicy, crisper, more adult vanilla, I'd try a sample of Eau Duelle.
I would probably love this on someone else. Seems unisex to me. Just the right amount of vanilla and not too sweet. I’m a newbie to niche fragrances, so I’m still testing. (I’m leaning more toward Fleur De Peau. My favorite is the beloved Philosykos.)
