Dimanche Flemme by Versatile Paris takes a new approach to musk, with a velvety-green opening of pea shoots and basil spiced with cardamom. To add to this compellingly unusual composition is the contrast between sparkling lime sorbet and sweet almond milk, a huge dose (over 50%) of musk and a hint of vanilla.
