    Black Saffron by Byredo is an Amber Spicy fragrance for women and men.

    Black Saffron pays homage to the sophistication of the propitious spice of the East; saffron. The ingredient is considered a spice in the kitchen but a leathery note in perfumery. Black Saffron is a subtle and modern leather composition with shades of saffron, juniper berries, and raspberry interweaved in a provocative earthy woody leather that overwhelms.

    Burned my nose

    This smelled terrible. I passed the sample vial around to my family to smell and everyone took turns choking. Not a pleasant scent at all- smelling it burned my nose and made my eyes water.

    Exactly what I was looking for

    I bought this sample based on a recommendation for a more feminine TF Ombré Leather. Spot on for me, absolutely loved it and bought a full bottle. No green or cig smell for me personally, I actually felt it smelled really similar to Aiir hair products

    Wet road and grass

    Scent split was great - quick delivery, product as described. Unfortunately what started out as an intriguing smell on day 1 turned into wet road and grass on my forearm on day 2. Also leans a bit more masculine when the leather/tobacco notes start to come through. Definitely not a safe blind buy for anyone looking for a larger size.
