Obsessed

I'm definitely not an aficionado by any means, but I wanted something vanilla-y and soft without being overly sweet - 1969 definitely hits that. It's such a lovely and feminine smell, but not overpowering or sugar-y.

Really beautiful

This scent actually made me start getting in to perfume again. Nothing grandma or powdery about this, not in the grand scheme anyway. It's a really rebellious concoction every time I open the bottle like, eyes rolling in to the back of my head. The musk is not overpowering at all I'm always aware of that. The cardamom and peach are just a fantastic witchy, fresh combo. I think you could wear this year round. I've even worn it to the beach. Intoxicating really nothing like it.

Your GrandMadames favorite scent

All the notes are there. Complex rich, unique, lives up to the time period. That being said it does not feel unisex (coming from a queer man) leans heavily on older woman vibes. Think grandmas house with incense burning.

Gorgeous scent!

Immediately obsessed. I had high hopes for this one. It is not what I expected. It is better. The patchouli is there for sure but not in an overwhelming or cheap way. This perfume makes you FEEL something!

Smells like Clean & Clear astringent. But that’s why I Scent Split. :)
