Yann Vasnier’s floral fruity creation for Tom Ford’s Private Blend collection, Plum Japonais, is more than a simple smell of flowers being accompanied with fruits. It is the poetic glamour tributing the glory of Japan, bloomed in a blend that immediately takes you there in a garden with plum blossoms. The perfume has a special way of plums and introduces this fruit with cinnamon and saffron, and heads towards lush heart of immortelle flowers with liquor and a soft hint of cypress, and finally ends it up to a throne of oud, vanilla, benzoin, and fir balsam to emerge up an unrefusable sensuality by bridging a floral fruity heart with a woody smoky base.
